best collagen / skin stack?

just some dude

is there such thing as overkill when it comes to collagen? i feel like there’s no such thing. with the collagen supplements they say there’s a limit you can absorb but i’m not sure if that’s true. however, with the peptides what about them?

EQ, anavar, HGH, GHK-Cu, Bpc157, Tb500 is my kitchen sink skin stack. Works great in combination lol

I’ve also heard of NAD+ and sermorelin being used for skin gains.

I don’t feel like there’s overkill if you cycle the stuff. Not sure about staying on them all for extended periods.

Low dose oral isotretinoin (ie accutane) is used to increase the quantity and quality of collage fibers in skin showing signs of aging.

There are a number of studies out there on this, and many derms prescribe it on the down low for this purpose.

If you go the DIY route I recommend Accufine from Indian pharma suppliers.

Surprisingly, it hasn't done much for me at 30 mg a day (I've been taking it daily for over 6–7 months now), especially when compared to the topical version (tretinoin)

My partner has been trying to tighten up skin from GLP-1 weight loss (50+lbs) and we've been running SSA Glow 50 (BPC 5mg, TB 10mg, GHK 35mg), Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin. For me, I feel like MT-2 has also been improving my skin quality. Could just be the effect of tanning, but my skin feels better from the inside out since I've starting cycling MT-2.

Took a few weeks but we're both really starting to see progress. I only lost ~40 lbs but don't have loose skin to tighten up, more focused on building muscle back.

We also use a fair amount of injectable aminos, (Carnitine, LIPO-MIC, MA Motivator, B12, Super Human Blend, etc) and I feel these also have an indirect effect, likely through the increase in lipolysis.

Would defnitiely recommend adding supplemental collagen to your shake as well.

I’m doing tb500+bpc157+ghk-cu
And just recently started adding glutathione
Not sure if I see a noticeable difference yet from the peptides cus I do a lot of other stuff.. like weekly facials and skin Botox lol
I added glutathione because I read it had whitening effects

Glutathione is awesome for my skin. It was very noticeable. I was using glutathione to maximize liver output of igf1 while on hgh, and it was such a happy surprise to see how wonderful it was for my skin. Gave it a glow. I really like injectable glutathione. Is great for recovery and liver protection.

How many mg per week were you taking , And what was your injection schedule with that? I curious about this , tia,,

I tried a couple protocols but settled on doing:

- 400mg 3x a week or 600mg 2x a week for 4-6 weeks

- 600mg 1x a week for 2-4 weeks

- 2 weeks off minimum if I’m going to roll with it again.

I did a shit load of research on protocols. If you have skin goals it’s best first thing as it’s suppose to help deal with oxidative stress through the day. If you have recovery goals it’s best post workout. If you have autoimmune or inflammation goals it’s best post workout or whatever time of day you experience inflammation as long as it’s 3 hours out from bed because it can give you a little jolt of energy. If you have brain health or hormone repair goals like 3-4 hours before bed for it to do its thing overnight. I found 4 weeks, 2 weeks, 2 weeks was best for me in terms of feels.

So you ran it for a total of 2 months and then take a 2 week break?

What do you guys think of scrubbing your face with 100% vitamin C when you get out the shower, with a face that’s still wet?

I’ve been doing it for like 8 months now and I’ve got fewer blackheads and a more uniform skin tone.

I then put a small amount of Vaseline on my face afterwards.

Yes. Then I did another cycle because I loved it so much. I only ever did two cycles back to back like that as I’ve read from health clinics it’s better to space the cycles out further.
what else were u running to maximize liver output of igf1 and how much
what was ur exact gh protocol
500mg 1x or 2x a day NAC, and 300mg x2 a day ALA are the supplements I take the entirety of the time I’m taking gh. Both are good antioxidants that replenish glutathione (NAC as a direct precursor and ALA via another mechanism I can’t remember), both improve liver enzyme markers, both reduce inflammation, and ALA has the added bonus of improving insulin sensitivity (important with hgh). I also use a curcumin supplement daily which has a mild positive impact on liver enzymes, but I use it for inflammation.

As for gh protocols I've done everything from 1-3x injections a day and I’ve gone up to 8iu. I found 2x a day am/pm being the best feels, but I’ve seen coaches I respect disavowing 2x a day injections due to the impact on insulin sensitivity. I’ve been mostly doing 1 bolus at night 3ish hours before bed.

I then put a small amount of Vaseline on my face afterwards
I don’t think you’re supposed to slug (layer Vaseline) over actives like vitamin c, but it’s been awhile since I dated an Esthetician.
