Best Countries to buy pharmacy drugs from?

So i know that in Turkey one can buy alot of drugs without prescription, been there tried it.

Also i heard Thailand, and Mexico, but do not know the selection and quality.

Are there any other Countries, with great selection of pharma drugs, one can go and buy without the need for prescriptions?

India , unless they are listed as controlled steroids and a ton of medicines available over the counter without prescription just need to act friendly at the time of buying

India, Thailand and Iran are all great. I think Thailand is probably the best option for tourists tho
