Best cycle to stay real lean but gain mass and strength?

Stats: Age-23 Height-5' 11" Weight-182 light day 186 heavy day. Weight fluctuates a lot. Bench-275 for 5 reps Squat-350 for 5 reps.

Currently runnin 625mg Test E EW and Deca 600mg EW. Pin 2 times a week Mon and Thurs. Was wondering if I should add winny to this and wut would b the best cycle to stay lean but gain mass and strength also. Goal weight is 200 at the least and
 
Gaining mass and staying lean is determined by Ur diet. You can do that on Ur current cycle. You don't need winny.

You may want to include Ur diet and ask if U can gain lean mass with Ur cycle and diet.
 
I dnt have no kinda diet just eat w/e I want. Usually stay pretty lean 10-12% bf. Except now but been tryna eat everything to gain weight. I've gained 20 pounds since January 4th without AAS. This is the most bf I have had ever and it's somewhere between 16-18% by this scale I got. Not sure how accurate it is tho. Abs were getting pretty good till last couple weeks but was out the gym a month due to injury. Fell down the stairs at work and had a bad ankle sprain. Can still barely see abs tho
 
I think U may want to cut and bulk naturally a few more times. Ur lbm is like 150-155lb. You can add a lot more to that naturally before having to worry about juice.
 
My lean body mass is a little higher than that. I was bout 5-7% bf before at 162. I could flex and show veins from my hips to my chest. That was bout a little over a yr and a half ago. I can prolly do it at 170-175 now if I cut weight
 
Seems like your not listening.
If you gained 20 lbs naturally in the past 4 months, then you don't need AAS. You were doing just fine. Impressive, actually.
That being said, since your already on cycle. Cutting the fat should be easy. Start tracking your meals. Make sure your in a 10-15% deficit from your TDEE. Or you can try to eat maintenance calories and shoot for a recomp. But this "eat w/e I want" nonsense, will not work. Unless your some sort of genetic freak.
 
This is about a yr and a half ago with my eat w/e diet. That's at 162 lbs

Lol everyone always thinks I'm on aas even when I'm not. I prolly really dnt need the aas just yet but I'm startin to plateau. I wanna hit that 5-9% bf at 200 lbs this yr then go more for strength cycles. I can already lift more than most ppl in my gym but I'm still not satisfied with that. I needa get that fitness model look before I might b satisfied prolly wnt tho. Once I hit my goal I'll aim for somethin harder
 
Nah I just read a lot and try different things to see how my body reacts. I'm my own coach plus I wanna get certified personal trainer one day. This is basically my first real cycle. Only other time I took aas I was listenin to ppl who didn't know anythin bout it took test for 5 weeks with no pct and gained bout 10 lbs of lean muscle then took deca before at 500 mg a week for 4 weeks before with no pct pretty sure it did nothin tho.
 
Ok, so how far into your cycle are you? Rough guess of what you eat on a daily basis? Cardio frequency?
Deca can cause some bloat/water weight. Keep that in mind when taking your bf/weight. What's your pct plan for the end of this cycle?
 
I'm startin 2nd week of 12 week cycle tomorrow. Calories really varies daily depending on if I get a break at work or not. I work 12 hr shifts of constant work sometimes dnt get a chance to eat. Easily burn over 1,000 maybe 2,000 calories at work 4 days a week. I dnt do cardio as it would burn to many calories and I would lose weight. I average 1-3 lighter after work then before. I have a horrible diet of beer and junk food but still built pretty good I would say. I'll take a pic and post it. As for pct I'm gonna take nolva and clomid 20 mg a day for 4 weeks 2 weeks after last pin of test
 
Really? I thought at least 9% lol. Well looks like I have a lot more progress than I thought to go specially now that I have more bf. Prolly end up with more by the time I hit 200 really gonna go for 210-220 before I cut tho

Maybe that picture is deceiving but at 5% you're basically stage ready. Striated glutes, veins everywhere, and damn near impossible to maintain for extended length of time.
 
I dnt think I was at 5% then but I think pretty close. I had veins every where even if I missed a day of workin out and wasn't pumped people thought I was flexin. I had veins runnin through my legs hips abs arms and chest. I was doin at least 30 mins cardio every day tho. Got bout 2 miles on treadmill and 3 on bike. Couple times I did that twice a day
