So I like the bottle top filters, they are sterile and its disposable. But im having a hard time finding hydrophobic membrane (ptfe or sometimes pvdf) options in 0.22um size for oil based liquids. I could just go with ptfe syringe filters which works okay but I like the bottle tops for larger batches. Anyone got ideas ?

Yes sir! I should invest in a simple lab stand with clamps but if I lean the syringe right way and put something against the bottom of the vial, it sits still. The vacuum pump surprisingly dosent vibrate that much

I'm gonna try it out next month, maybe with a smaller vac pump.
Nah not that I've ever noticed, flowrate seems consistent beginning to end. Honestly I think the 22ga needle is such a restriction that the size of the pump might not matter much

Buy from AliExpress instead. It's the same product but cheaper. Sometimes with sales. Last I shipped 100pc they arrived in 4d from China.
You check the flow rate to see if it's blown. If it's flowing like your tap water then it's probably blown.
It's a vacuum pump, plenty of eBay and Amazon.

Caulking gun+60ml syringe -> Sterile IV tubing, standard bore -> PTFE FILTER -> 20 gauge needle -> presterile vial(ALK Is my go to) with a 25ga to vent.
Fill the 60ml syringe with only 40 ml of oil+10ml of air. this allows it to not create too much pressure. the air in the syringe allows there to be consistent even pressure. its easier to pressurize gas vs liquid without causing the filter to bust.
I can run 4-6 of these at once all lined up on a table.

Disposable bottle top filters suck for gear they will leach plastics into your product especially if your using PES membrane PVDf is okay bit not really. Stainless housing and hydrophobic PTFE is the way to go but that requires an Autoclave and laminar flow hood minimum to use ethically. Peristaltic pumps are way better than vacuum also ypu can control the flow rate .
