Just fyi Dat doesn't say this, only that carbs somewhat blunt the release and fat even more so (protein not at all), but it is still effective and even preferable to have cals in your system depending on goals (lbm acquisition vs fat loss). You using T's?
Oh okay. I need to go re-read. The blood work that showed and with the way that we bodybuilder eat we will always have food in our system and it takes a while for insulin to spike and if you pin and eat all that is going to happen within the next 30-45 minutes is food turning into churn in your stomach. Pure carbs will be digesting the fasted (2hrs will be the shortest time I believe) and protein and fats slow it down even more.
