1rm for all lifts, all were done last year off cycle

Squat 460
Deadlift 505

I weigh 235 right now at 5'10 and just started my second cycle
 
age 32 at the time
bwt 256 thease where all done prior to my first triceps injury
535 raw paused bench
405 x 12 paused raw bench
505 squat belt knee wraps
505 deadlift
bent row 315 x 6
db bench 167 dbs x10
dips with a 167 lb db x8

best comp bench ever at bwt 199 ,age 29
455lbs raw (if id only lost 1more lb to get in the 198s!)

I broke my hip in 92 playing football and have never been able to get much power out of them since then.

I pulled my back/left delt monday pulling 600:( so right now, an 11 year old girl could out lift me.
 
I have a bud that has a thing for decline benches, he is 155 and can do 300 X 3 decline.
For a smaller guy he is kinda freakish.
 
the guy who got me into powerlifting was 129lbs
300 bench no pause
455 squat wraps belt
475 deadlift
when he was juicing he would get his bwt up to 180, oh yeah he was 5'3"
