Whats' the best or recomended to take. I've only taken gnc's mri NO2. But, its really pricey for what you get out of it. I got small gains and felt a long lasting pump. Ive heard good things and nitrix. I heard it's time released too. There's alot of other supplements that try and mimic the original. Is there any other cheaper and just as good products. Ive learned that argine is a very important part for the human body's functioning. Any help would be appreciated.

Everyone and their grandmother tells me how this supplement gives you a good pump. How does it compare to the pump you get on 100 mgs of anadrol a day? or the infamous Dbol pumps?

You might as well take a Cube of suger everyday and tell your self its helping you get pumps.

save your self some money..

hell brotha , i can get DBOL cheaper then those fuckin nos crap sups

that stuff has no effect on muscle growth. may make you look bigger for a while but then poof its gone. save your money
later.

if you're hell bent on getting this n02 shit, dont buy any name brand stuff, just order some arginine. same damn thing for about 40 bucks cheaper

yeah, hey, I agree the abombs or anadrol will do the trick. But, I was talking like off cycles to help keep blud flow and gains. I think they're all a rip off, but I think it can maybe work a little.

Its your money bro.Do what you want with it.Personally the only supplements i use are Protein powder, Creatine, glutamine, a multi vitamin/mineral and calcium. And a preworkout ECA.Does the trick for me.

it may cost more, but no2 is better then creatine. they are pretty much similar but one is water retention and the other is blood and macronutrient flow into the muscle. i prefer no2 over creatine. but i also get these products at rockbottom prices. later

gotta go with esco on this one. creatine did nothing for me except give me the shits. the little strength gains i got from it were not worth the abdominal discomfort it gives me.

now the n02 is good. not like steroids, obviously, but something good to use during your 'off' periods. aside from the pump (which actually wasn't much more of a pump than i got on my own) the thing that i felt within the first week was

1. increased energy throughout the day

2. faster recovery in b/w BOTH workouts and individual sets.

3. strength gains. was able to lift more weight even with reduced rest b/w sets.

i used the universal brand which i got from dps for about $25. i think it was a worthwhile product and would recommend to someone who's training naturally.

NO2 works great for some and nothing for others. I liked MRI no2 got great pumps tho no true size it was just a pump but thats nice.
I tried other N02 and like Satur8 powder . Prob with no2 is that you kinda get used to it and than it does nothing.
After awhile I just stopped taking it but Satur8 was great and taste great unlike those NO2 horse pills.

I've tried most of them. Nitrox is so far the best one (and cheapest to boot). They use a liquid gel that is easier to absorb and isn't the size of a football. I've noticed better results from it than powdered ones (V12, satur8, ect.). Maybe it's because it's a liquid gel and gets in you better, I don't know; but I think these NO2 boosters are the best things that have come along in a while!

you can get it from dpsnutrition.com online. can't hurt to try it and, at this price, you won't have to worry about breaking the bank.

I agree with you, thanks for the headsup on dpsnutrition i will check it out I think any of the No2 combined with formestane (primobolan Tabs from Promatrix ) would make a great OFF cycle supplementation.

i posted sumthin about no2 a few weeks ago..and some gave me advice about no2..and i decided not to take it..but my friend who works at gnc for some reason gave it to me for free..so i tried it..and it SUCKED..well for me anyway..it even got to the point where i decided to up my dosage and still nuthin..i gained absolutely nada out of it...no pumps, no fat loss, no nuthin..jus figured ide share MY experience with it..

Universal Nox3 never worked to well for me. i believe they use an AAKG that has an 1:1 ratio. This makes it a little more "watered down" with Glutarate. I know that Pinnacle, Scifit, and Now Foods use 2:1 ratio's that are more potent. If the Universal works keep using it. Hell, I've seen it sold as low as $21 on some sites. If you want one with an extra 500mg/per serving try MBI's. It's like $20 bucks.

yeah,I've heard some people say they get better pumps off the universal nox3 but I didnt understand that. I guess cause it has the booster in it. But, its dirt cheap. Ive heard really good things about nitrix, how it's mri's closest competition. I'll have to give it a try. propably wont get too many results but I think it'll help with recovery time. we'll see.

This offseason I have been using X-Plode by BSN! The shit rocks! Incredible pumps and maintaining weight.

i tried NO2 was not impressed at all...
products i were impressed with off cycle were Swole V2, Satur8,TRAC etc...those products actualy work and only cost $25-$35 on websites

I use Pinnacle's NOX2. I love the pumps that I get while working out, and it's really the only NO that I've been able to notice it on. They've come out with an overnight extender that I've also tried and liked.

Have any of you guys used ZMass? I don't know exactly what it's made of, but I've heard some pretty good things. It's suppose to promote muscle growth while you sleep, since that is the highest your GH levels are.
