Theres a bistro-type place about 15 minutes from my house that has incredible eggs benedict during their brucnh. Also fresh smoked salmon and tons of other goodies. Once Im done with dieting...Im there!

Good Eats!

Al's Diner, in Taunton Ma/its a Mobile Kitchen on the Green! Hey Bob I think your close, being in Providence and all, you've tried LINGUICA Omelets Bob?

Im no longer in Prov, but IIRC, one of my fav omletes had linguica in it along with some Italian cheese and some other stuff. If youre fairly close, head down to North Providence. Its just west of 95 on Mineral Springs, north side of the road, maybe 3-5 blocks past the Ford dealership.

never been there, if i'm down there i'll try it out. the Agawam in Boxford is pretty damn good too. gotta say best eggs i've had were @ the Kells in Allston. every sunday for their $12 all you can eat egg whites and smoothies.

no contest here fellas

6 full eggs blended with 4 oz. milk
half pound of ham diced
half pound of sausage cooked and diced
half a small vidalia onion diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
1 cup cooked hash browns
shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese (as much as needed)
oregeno, black pepper, smidgen of garlic powder

it takes a butcher knife to cut through it, but damn it's good stuff

The best omlette was the chin omlette I left on this lil asian chicky last weekend

Or a peasant omlette is good to ( bacon, onions, tomato and cheese)
