Best PCT to retain gains after cycle

On about week 5 of my test e/ deca/ dbol cycle and I got alil gyno. I will be using nolva for a bit while on cycle. I was wondering if you guys know any PCT’s that help retain the most of the good gains (im up 5% BF/ 15lbs since I started) after im done completely. I will be running clomid and nolva when im off. Lost my liquid letro but hopefully my nolva takes care of me.

195lb

15% BF

Currently
210lb

20%BF

Cycle dosage 500mg Test E (250mg EOD)
Deca 300mg once a week
Dbol
50mg ED
 
15% of 195 =29.25lbs of fat
20% of 210 =42lbs of fat

So in 5 weeks you've gained 15lbs and 12.75lbs of that is fat?

Hmm well im not 100% on those numbers because I have way more mass composition than i do fat. But one thing forsure is that my belly grew a bit but so did everything else. Calves are up 1/2 as well as biceps. (Havent measured everything else) but thats where im standing. Diets trash but theirs no way i got 42lbs of fat because I can still see my 6 pack. Im 5’6 btw it that helps you visualize what im trying to describe
