Best possible thing for ligaments and joints?

something magical about those nice protein powders multi source with probiotics and superfoods/fiber better than Vega . even when eat PLENTY of protein and vitamins nails get much much harder when take that hippy brew shit. I don't know if its a specific amino or some sort of chelating magic, but have to imagine when nails get SOO much healthier that gotta help with joints..

I'm currently using Anavar (10mg/day), Primo (10mg/day subq) for collagen synthesis. I'm also on 1iu of hgh per day for the same purpose. I did some research on collagen synthesis and found many different opinions and studies. Some say it is bro science, but there are also some animal researchs that supports this. I have also watched a video from fitness youtuber about this, but i don't know if it is okay to mention his name here.

Besides this, i am also taking some otc supplements:
-vitamin D (5000iu/day)
-vitamin C (1000-2000iu/day)
-Collagen (20g/day)
-Collagen type II (40mg/day)
-magnesium (1000mg/day)
-zinc (25mg/day)
-boswellia (600mg/day)
-curcumin (900mg/day)

Not claiming anything, these are all information i found in my reasearch, and i decided to try this protocol. I'm 2 months in, and my shoulder pain got better a lot. I also feel less stiffnes in my joints and they feel more flexible. I'll continue for 4 more months and see where it gets me.

Oh, and i also take testosterone and hcg with this protocol. 175mg of test and 750iu hcg/week. I am administering 25mg of test every day subq and hcg 250iu three times a week.
How has the 750 of hcg affected levels? Also that is about half of the supplements I've been taking in order to save my ligaments and joints. I am going to research into adding in more of yours

If your having issues like tendonitis I would suggest physical therapy. Or at least do some exercises at home for it. Physical therapy has helped me more than anything.

great point.. physio is a miracle for soooo many issues, some are tuff to fix, but I had one that knew his shit.. said do this and will get better 6 months, I cant do much here but just do these stretches.... years of nerve pain/numbness/burning despite getting less healthy and heavier at the time yet 100% went away... now I know the feeling of when the nerve gets short or impeded and easy do the stretches and its over. pretty crazy he nailed it down so fast and had relief faster than he even said. cant imagine the amount of people who are on gabapentin or even harder stuff for nerve pain as would wake me up and feel like I had frostbite on my thigh...

I know they give u some half baked looking picture graphs and work out plenty, but man for some things no matter how silly it seems it freaks works. I mean physio s are actual DRs but focus 100% on healing soft tissues, no drugs or biochemistry or surgery , so do actually know what they are talking about and work with people closer to actually rehab things so get hands on experience about what works. surgeons cut, drs rx but physio help build back stronger/better.

Here's something that will make everyone stop and call bulshit, or say oh yeah.... jello. Been about 6 months since i started putting in 1/2 a pack jello in my intra workout drink. Absolutely marked improvement in my knees and shoulders.
It took about 8 weeks to feel anything, more to the point, laying in bed and realizing i wasnt feeling anything ( throbing shoulders, osteoarthritis).
Knees dont creak and crack anymore, cheap fix. But dont give up, i've reaseached cartilage turn over is at least 8 weeks.

Jello if it's made from animal source as in actually containing collagen, right?
I am sure there are artificial or vegetable variants that will not provide much benefit..?

There’s just been a new study published which suggests that collagen supplementation makes no difference to connective tissue integrity. It’s made a bit of a splash in the S&C world.

However if memory serves me correctly they assessed whether collagen deposition was upregulated after a single dose supplementation. This is obviously different to the chronic use case of taking it daily.

This is an older thread that I ended up finding. What i use and it helps a lot is this pack of joint specific supplements. It is from Animal called Animal flex. Has about 10 joint specific vitamins. Glucosamine and a few others I can’t remember.
