Best Shoulder workout

I might try that next.

Super sets have been working great for me, like dumbbell shoulder press then laterals for 15-20 to get a thick pump. Or rear delt raises followed by face pulls. Guess my delts have been liking the extra volume?
I like doing a similar superset and then throwing shrugs in for a third exercise in the super set. Really gets your traps lookin thicc
 
John meadows just posted a pretty great push for olimpian video that was pretty shoulder dominate. Had a couple good ones in there. The side laterals with a heavy half rep, followed by a lighter full rep, gave me a killer delt pump. Can't remember the name of the video, its with Missy
