The best raws are pharma grade
usually only sold by the Kilo to legal labs (or at least paper companies in 3rd countries)

Some say most/all UnderGround raws come from legit manufacturers
they either sell to third world paper companies without asking much questions
or sell defective lots trough the backdoor.

AFAIK there are no 'Breaking Bad' or drug-cartel underground raw manufacturing facilities
ALL raws seem to be made in legal facilities


So, simple logic says that
the closer the source gets to said legal manufacturers, the better the raws are.

1 Got too many/greedy middlemen that cut raws
2 Got bad from the start as defective lots that failed to meet pharma specs.
