Best supplements to reduce hi blood pressure

About to start yet another cycle but I will be a lot more careful and safer this time. Already have my liver and kidney protection supplements stocked. I have my anti-oxidants and multivitamins. I even have my cholesterol lowering diet/supplements in place. Now I need a good supplement that will lower my future potential high blood pressure.

A deit rich in potasium and magnesium is said to help some, beyond that, I would hazard a gues that a low dose thiazide diuretic (hydrochlorothiazide 25mg am) would be the next port of call.

Taking a diuretic will increase the need for electrolytes. Diet is important. Keep salt to a minimum. Avoid saturated fats and transfatty acids. Fish oils will thin the blood some.

I don't know how effective it is, but I have seen a lot of people use Hawthorn Berries to control high blood pressure

25mg per day is a sub diuretic dose, it reduces blood preasure without much effect on fluid or electrolyte excretion

Thanks for the info and sounds good. I am not worried about the need for additional electrolytes though. I may give it a try.
