just try basic 27,5g test, 2ml ba, 10ml bb, 88ml oil and adjust while you're brewing depending on your comfortability.
if i can give one tip is to add in slowly if you're new brewer if you have subpar equipment it helps with less mixing hassle later
I would do 2/22 or 2/24 if it's stored and shipped in cold environments.

It isn't one-size-fits-all. There are a lot of variables.
It's about what generally works and what works best for you. You will find that out in time through trial and error.
For example, a friend can't use mig812, and I'm not in love with it either. I can't pin delts only as the volume of oil is too high, and with 1/2 needles, it isn't smart to use to pin 2.5 or 3ml.
Things aren't black or white, nor is there just one way to do things.
But for what this guy wants, it's a good recipe, but the best recipe or the universally best is a utopia. Some guy I read on this forum can't use BB. It's a rare case, but it exists. For that guy, this recipe is terrible, and this ester is terrible because it can't be brewed without some BB.

Sometimes I get inflammation and a minor PIP; sometimes it's fine. I don't know why, but out of 10 injections, 4 or 5 give me issues.Was just kidding

My friend, on the other hand, can't use it at all. It gives him inflammation and PIP comparable to what notorious Test E gives.
Nowadays, I use 100% EO or a mix with castor oil. But that's just me.
Some get PiP by EO in gear

My recipe book says 25% bb/2% ba. If you go up to cyp 300 then 30/2. Should keep it from crashing
