My personal opinion about people wanting to lose fat with their 1st cycle is the following: change your diet and the life style you are living. Is the plan that you have to go on a Cut cycle x2 a year just because you don't want to change your eating habits? Showing the willpower to cut without aids shows that you will have the willpower in PCT to keep training hard and hold on to the gains as much as possible. I mean, a lot of people here are hardcore gym-rats, years and years of non-steroid use before even thinking about za juice. Years of skipping going out Friday and Saturday night because you want to keep your diet so you can build the max amount of muscle. Force feeding yourself nasty ass tuna and keeping a strict diet. Anyway just my 2 cents and I guess I am bias as fuck since I have never really had weight problems but still...
To answer the question. Test & Anavar will do fine. Keep the diet clean and buy a shitload of slimfasts. Seriously, my friend lost 20 pounds drinking that(kidding on the slimfast).
Ok to continue my rant. The thing, there are tons of girls that lose 20 pounds on the drop of a dime. They don't look for T3, clen or other crap("but I want muscle too, they don't" yeah ok right). Losing weight is a simple math game. If you consume less than you burn. You will lose weight. My brother came here to Cali to visit for 5-6 weeks. He tipped the scale @ 220 when he got here. When he left he weighed 180. I changed his diet a little bit that was all as he didn't really have the motivation to go run. If you help your friend you should be able to keep him motivated to keep his diet. Losing fat is easy, the body will do it by itself. And at 5'7" 220 pounds the body WANTS to lose that weight. Maintaining that weight you will have to eat A LOT. Have him write down everything he eats in a day. Or just follow him around a whole day and write everything down. I don't know I have a hard time helping people when they don't help themselves. I hope I could shed some light on the subject.
