Best way to get the semi lean look?

like I'm sort of lean now but not shredded to hell as I don't like that look I want the bulky look but with the 6 pack etc it shows if I tence but if I lower my body fat down will I loose the bulky look or will it come off my stomach 1st lol? A lot of guys can do it so must be a way Don't need a ripped stomach just for it to show basicly
 
If you are in very good shape now you will look ripped after a 3-4 week KETO diet.

Post pics of you now, then we will be able to tell what you need diet wise.

Trying to say I like the bulky winter look I just want my stomach to show more that's literally it Do not want the ripped shredded look under any circumstances don't like it at all I like looking big haha just want my 6 pack to show with out having to tence it :)

It's a lot easier than you think. There are a couple of different things you need to be doing.

First, foremost, and most importantly, your diet needs to be perfect. If you want half ass results, then you can half ass it in the kitchen but if you want to be shredded you need to be disciplined. The only difference between super shredded and semi lean is how long and how intensely you feel like being disciplined in the kitchen. Here's what you need to do: Cut out sugar. Period. The only sugar you should be taking in should be from fruit, and you should limit that in the evening hours. Since you want the semi bulky look, you don't really need to limit your intake of bread and other simple carbs, which essentially turn to sugar the second you eat them, but it can help. But no soda, candy, or anything like that for sure. You'd be surprised at how much refined sugar is in your diet. Drink nothing but water and/or tea, and don't drink alcohol. Run your macros at 45% carbs, 40% protein, and 15% fat with your kcals between maintenance and 250 kcals ABOVE your TDEE. Simple, but not easy.

Second, your training. Don't focus on cardio, fuck that especially if you're running gear. I've dropped 5% bf in the last 4 months while adding 20lbs of muscle with the diet mentioned above and I've done very little cardio. What I have done is lift as heavy as fucking possible and shock my CNS into burning fat for me, even though I'm eating 4k calories a day. You can use whatever regimen you're comfortable with, but strength/power training in the 3-5 set and 4-6 rep range, focusing on free weight, compound lifts. Specifically, squats, bench press, incline press, military press, deadlifts, pullups, rows, and their numerous variations should serve as the foundation for each workout, and you can use 2-3 set and 12-15 rep ranges for your secondary work. If you want to do cardio, keep it short and do stair climbers or the elliptical.

There you go. If you are running gear, I can make recommendations on that too but those diet and training guidelines will get you the results you're looking for.

Brilliant mate that's exactly the info I wanted and yes I'm running 450mg of deca 500mg of testdex and 250 of sus will bulk me up nicely but I'm using a ai to keep that in control :)
 
Badass man, I was running 600 test c/400 deca and superdrol to start and finish so I think you should see very similar results! Ive cheated a few times with candy and ginger ale and cran pomegranate juice due to the holidays, but as soon as I went back to water only and no refined sugar I've started leaning up again nicely. I've found that if I stay away from sugar I can cheat a bit more with carbs and still make good progress as far as fat loss goes.

I dropped the deca about a month ago and have thrown in 20mg superdrol, and am still getting bigger and leaner every day.

Badass man, I was running 600 test c/400 deca and superdrol to start and finish so I think you should see very similar results! Ive cheated a few times with candy and ginger ale and cran pomegranate juice due to the holidays, but as soon as I went back to water only and no refined sugar I've started leaning up again nicely. I've found that if I stay away from sugar I can cheat a bit more with carbs and still make good progress as far as fat loss goes.

Yer I'm going to still drink pop etc for maybe the next month then cut it out completely and go on a straight diet as that should give me plenty of time to lean out ready for when the sun pops out haha :)

Do easy to eat low carbs.. Alwyas do like 2 chiken breast, 40g potstoes of carbs.. 3 scoop whey, 1 cup oats.. 12 oz steak, 40-60 g carb again from yams or anything clean carb..

watch urself transform.. Dont go with. Pasta it turns in sugar in 1h im diabetic i know my shit

Sodas are straight poison...why not start dieting now to reach your goals sooner? "Next month" turns into the month after that
