Best way to take anavar

split dosage AM/PM
crushed under tongue, letting it sit for 5min then swallow
along with 100mg of caffeine at every dosage
peak time is 4h after dosing, so take 3 to 4h before workout for maximum strength increase
intra workout nutrition with a lot of protein, EAAs and dextrose
do at least 40mg and take care of kidneys with astragulus root and lots of hydration

Anything to backup this 4 hour peak time bc I’m pretty sure it’s 1 hour.
 
I've always wondered the best time to take orals preworkout. I usually do 1.5-2 hours before my workout and it seems to work just fine for me. I usually am running tirzepitide or semaglutide so that may be delaying the absorption for me
IIRC ghoul mentioned those do for sure delay absorption, im sure its in the massive glp thread where he drops massive knowledge
 
Interesting. How much time till the lethargy hits you after a bigger dose of var? I maybe experiencing this with anadrol as many guys report this too as well. I'm taking 75mg anadrol 1-2 hours preworkout and most of the times i have no motivation to train but man, the sessions are going well. I have mixed feelings about this.
Empty stomach about 30-45 min. I would prefer to take the entire dose pre-workout but the lethargy is too strong. 5mg pre-workout is better than nothing. Though mostly I take it for anabolism for and it's pro collagen effects so pre bed is fine for these purposes.
 
Did not read all the replies but sharing my own experience.

I personally did not have any issues sleeping taking it "late" throughout the day. However, I tend to have problems getting to sleep when my CNS is fired up after hard/harder workouts which are more likely to be frequent when taking oxandrolone.

Due to its short half life I used to split the daily dose. When I was working out early I took it in the morning and the other half at the evening - never any issue.
When working out late, half in the morning half pre workout (sleep issues are likely).

Experimented with sublingual intake lately and I do belive the cosmetic effects are not that strong as with the "common" administration route. However, I would not say it is bad to take it sublingually at all, works fine if your stomach is "too full" and forgot to take it early enaugh to benefit from it (timing wise), but if you are running a cycle it does not matter that much anyways.

So was it instantaneous? The reason I ask is because I started my Anavar experiment two days ago and I feel fine. Taking 50mg on an empty stomach about a hour before my workout and no lethargy and no stomach issues.
 

I found this supporting the ~1hr; they used an ethanolic solution. I'd imagine sublingual would perhaps have even quicker onset, and then we know that caffeine speeds up rate of excretion, and likely the time to peak.

I stand corrected, I wonder if it's placebo or not but I always feel var and winny many hours later while dbol I always do 1h after

That said, I always do Var with a caffeine pill and a Cialis about 1 hour pre workout. That’s evening time for me.

I don’t ever “feel” Var - good or bad. Just notice the physical effects in a few weeks. But I do believe it has a synergistic relationship with caffeine (may have read that somewhere).

I blasted as much as 100mg var, trust me, you'll feel it...
