Best way to train with limited equipment?

Lets say you're in a situation where you can't visit a gym, don't have access to your proper homegym and the only things you have are a power tower and some dumbbells and a bar with a maximum of 60kg / 130 lbs of weights.

What would be the most effective workout in this situation? Would you go for high volume? How would your workout look like? Time frame about 1-2 months.

(on 600 mg Test / 350 Primo and proper food)

I think you will have to focus on higher volume given the limited weight. However, I would also incorporate intensity techniques - 1 1/2 reps, partials, cluster sets, iso holds, etc.

Chest - dips, dumbbell floor press, floor flyes, pushup.

Tri's - dips, overhead extension, diamond pushup. You could do close grip floor press if you can get under the barbell.

Shoulders - Dumbbell press, lateral and rear raises, shrugs.

Biceps - curls of all types.

Back - pull-up, dumbell row, barbell row. If you can jam that barbell in a corner, now you can do Meadows rows and one-arm barbell rows.

Legs - lunges, goblet squats, sissy squats.

Landmind press… gives so many differnt exercises, they are great, just find a corner thats really it if you have a barbell already.

You can use that barr too there are so many variations and they work well

Dont expect much in 1 month and of course your going to have to do volume with that set up. High reps or weighted dips and pullups.
