I am taking a ****ton of supplements. On average 15 pills / meal

Multivitamin
Biotin
Fish oil
Probiotics
Glutamine
NAC
NAG
Quercetin
Magnesium

+ 5 pills of Betaine HCL (648mg each) & 2 pills of digestive enzymes

Is it the right timing to take all of this at once? Or am I "destroying" the other supplements with the Betaine and the Enzymes?

I suggest you to check on the magnesium absorption/interactions as is usually the minerals that has the most problems.

Aside from that I just think is not necessary to have all of that every meal or every day, specially fat soluble vitamins, those can stay in your system for longer.

Have you had any noticeable results from the probiotics and enzymes? I've been tempted to try them but always read sources saying they're bullshit and others saying they're good.

You could call bullshit everything else but probiotics and enzymes.

They would be the last two supps standing if I had to quit all others.

In the world we live in filled with antobiotics there is just no way your gut flora is healthy anymore, so probiotics!

Also that dysbiosis affects the endogenous enzyme production to properly break down foods.

Have you thought about adding some probiotics naturally as well, I do homemade sauerkraut and every week or so buy a bottle of kefir. I though that may be enough, even though I might try some enzymatic supplement (cheap hehe) one day. Which brand you're taking?
