Better then steroids? Standford glove.

Very interesting looks like lots of potential. Back when I was trying to work through old hand and finger injury, I would to bring ice packs to the rock gym to hold onto while resting and when I got home would soak my hands of a bold of ice water. It helped a lot but was messing with my calluses.
Id like to see this machine work with different attachments for feet and neck so that they can be worn while exercising and easily plug in.

No company ended up sticking with it so it’s not made available to the public but I can confirm some crazy ass results from just using a ice pack on both ya da for 90 seconds between sets. I averaged 4.3 additional pull ups per set over 10 sets from a 3 day dofference from my last session and my last session was an average of only 0.8 additional pull ups over 10 sets from its prior session so that’s not because of a good sleep because I had a bad one actually. I could not believe it. Don’t go longer then 90 seconds for the ice doesn’t help any more and the point it to produce ce more work over a shorter period of time anyways

I've ran cold water over the veins in my wrists when getting close to heat stroke before but never like in between sets or anything like that. Be cool to try something like this out. Wouldn't really be hard to rig up something like that glove.

I watched the Stanford YouTube video on it and at the end they said "you can reach your maximum performance capacity without using performance-enhancing drugs" meanwhile in the background there's a guy bench pressing 150 lbs (45 + 5 + 2.5 each side) for what looks like three reps Max. I just had to roll my eyes and move on.

I can see using this for fat loss though. We are all well aware of the fact that lowering the body temperature through ice or another means burns calories exponentially faster than if we stay at room temperature. I can see working out hard or doing cardio and then putting this glove on to cool the body down rapidly for additional calorie expenditure AKA fat burning during the cut. It would definitely be applicable for the situation and probably result in a much higher calorie expenditure during the cut.

One other thing I'm thinking of, when I'm on Tren I sweat my bed sheets out like I'm swimming in a lake. I would like to wear this glove while sleeping! I imagine the tren sweat would completely disappear and my body would be regulated at exactly 98.6 degrees.

Spoiler: Your core body temp should not be rising on tren.
So what drives the excess sweating? I get it from tren but not every time I've used it. The last time i used it i only got hot at night near the end of the run.

Your body is extremely efficient at temp regulation. Just because your sweating, doesn't mean your core body temp has risen. If it has, something is wrong.

Even on DNP, if you get just one degree higher than your normal 98.6... stop immediately.

Damn, I've had some soaked nights. It does make sense, sweating as temp regulation. The human body amazes me.

Have you ever taken your temp while on tren?
Yes. The first time I took Tren I constantly checked body temperature, blood pressure, glucose levels, etc. My body temperature was always 98.6 or within a range of that and my blood pressure was fine the first 8 weeks. Blood glucose levels were fine as well. After 8 weeks my blood pressure started Rising but it could have been the eq i was on. Really no negative side effects except night sweats and waking up every hour to drink water.

As a side subject, there is this blood cholesterol meter that I've been dying to buy on Amazon. It checks your cholesterol and then you're able to calculate your other cholesterol with the numbers. Would love to have that!
