A man accused of murdering his ex-wife outgrew his clothes, presumably with the help of anabolic steroids, in the months preceding the murder. Virginia State Police discovered two vials of anabolics steroids one of which was labeled TC-300 and contained testosterone cypionate.
Agee was suspected of using anabolic steroids because he “grew to the point of having to get all new uniforms” and had “gotten much bigger” in the weeks leading up to the violence. The police statements and media coverage suggest that anabolic steroids may have played a role in the incident citing the alleged steroid side effect popularly called “roid rage”.
