I haven't lost my password, when I ordered it created an account for me, and the website said that a password was generated and sent to my mail, you can't choose the password when creating an account, but you can change it later in the settings.
The issue there is that I haven't received any mail with the generated password, so I can't access the generated account with two orders. So, I've tried multiple times to reset the password, but I don't receive any mail either.
Also, I haven't received a confirmation mail for the two orders either, I actually don't care about not connecting to my account, I only wanted anything to track these orders.
I've sent you the used mail by DM (as I don't have the orders ID), I don't want a refund but just that you either give me an access to my account, or give me the tracking of the two orders, or anything else that could reassure me and allows me to track these two orders status.
