That's not uncommon at all. He comes through and has good pharm grade products, but if you are looking for speed and prompt email responses, don't go that route.

My first order was quick, but this one seems to be taking 2-3 times as long and no response at all. Just trying to reach him.

BG Pharma has great product. Majority of time he is clockwork. He is absolute shit on resolving problems and hikes his prices when he notices people buy a lot of something.

Let’s call a spade a spade. He lost 3-4 grand a year from me because of this. Will I use him again? Maybe. When it suits me. Is he my go to? Nope. Lost that privilege

Been a year or more since I quit using him for this same reason. I see nothing has changed either, doesn't surprise me. He's got no reason to clean his business model up until his pocket book gets hit enough.
