It's called building trust. You can't expect to be welcomed with open arms if no one can vouch for you or knows you. All forums are the same, they need to get to know you and you need to gain respect and trust before anyone will help. Reputable sources won't just accept orders without you being vetted. You know, safety and security stuff comes first. Shitty sources just want your money so they don't give a shit if they can trust you.
