Bicep Genetics!

So I have terrible bicep genetics. Triceps are great but I can't get peaks for shit. Barely even have the bicep veins lol. So how do you guys deal with bad genetics with a specific bodypart?

I'm in the same boat bro. Triceps are great but my biceps are lagging behind. I want that nice peak.
 
My hamstrings and forearms suck ass, no matter how much they mature I will never be happy with they way they look. But my quads and bi's are poppin. My shoulders dont even look right even though biceps pop hard and can pull/lift heavy weight. So I just train EVERYTHING twice as hard and be happy with what I do have. My delts are FINALLY starting to showing up after years of not really having them. Despite hitting them hard as possible.

Maybe you have a body image disorder like a lot of us do.
 
You pound those fuckers into submission. I kinda lucked out. Bis, tris, an shoulders have always been one of my more dominant body parts. My chest is what kills me. Ive always wanted that Arnold chest but like we all know, it does have alot to do with genetics as well. Oh an btw, I have no damn peaks either. Wish I did but all I can do is keep pushing forward in the gym. I hit arms twice a week an try to destroy them while im their. Good luck bro. Were all pullin for ya an know exactly where your comin from. Some might be pretty close but no one is perfect my man. Jus gotta work with what ya got. Its all any of us can do.
