Fairly, I am wrong at least 50% of the time. That said, the science seems really incomplete to me. Too many loose ends, if someone thinks it'll work, more power to them.

So far I'm 9 days into this and my arms definitely look larger all the time. They just look more pumped looking, I'm going to put a tape to them at the end of 30 days and see how much they grow.

What weight did you do it at.Actually just got done doing this and WHAT A FUCKIN PUMP!!!! Jumped in the shower after and shaving my face was a task.
No prob with reps though maybe go to 15lbs.
