Bicep work

when you can chin with +100 for reps, your arms will look better than 95% of your fellow gym-goers. same for dips. don't blow out doing doubles/singles with this weight, just build up to it.

i agree with almost everything @NLM36 has said. regardless of what you guys lie to yourselves about, your body isn't the exception to physics lol. the body will adapt exactly in the manner that you demand it to do so.
