6-2 240# what would you wear?
I think xxl, but not sure.

I'm an inch taller, same weight, I do XL 90% of the time. Sometimes I'll do 2x but rarely.

Are they muscular or fat or dad bod?

I find large works well because it shows off the arms. If they don’t want the shirt clinging to them, XL.

I'm 5'8" 230, XL's make me want to kill people it's so uncomfortable.But MOST XXL is much more comfy but most are long as fuck, some are as bad as 1x

I'm a little taller but the weight is the same as my last cycle and I was wearing XL. Most of mine were snug but it depends on the brand, as you probably know.

Depends how he likes his fit. i HATE tight clothes. An XL usually feels alright, but XL from one brand to another can be hit or miss.

Some i can't wear because the kid in China that sewed it together got XL and L confused.

I assume you know what I look like for body type, recent pics just posted. I like 2xl, rarely can pull off a 1xl without looking or feeling like its my little brothers shirt

Lol yeah I’m 3-4 x and it pisses me off because it fits up top but I have an extra 2ft material around my waist lol.

It's long sleeve stuff I have a problem with sizes. I'm only 5'10" and about 210lbs. XL is good for short sleeve shirts, L for a tight fit. Long sleeve, hoodies, and coats on an XL the sleeves end up a couple inches from my wrist and XXL the sleeves are good and its way too big at the bottom. Was buying a new coat last month and ended up trying on an XLT and it fits perfect. Sleeves long enough without being stupid huge around my waist. Had to pay $30 more for a big and tall size, but worth it for something that actually fits right. Never really thought to try XLT before not being anywhere near big or tall.

You need to get him a slim fit t-shirt possibly XL
If it’s not slim fit. The shirt will look baggy and unclassy for his body shape
