Big ramy's cycle...

Gym guys who run 2g of Test are on under dosed gear. In rich piana days the gear was real so they didn't need as much.
I think ramy could run that much, but his liver would be on the floor.

Not everything is as underdosed as you may think. I think certain UGLs actually overdose their gear for good reviews. Alpha pharma lately (i know they aren't real pharma grade) has been getting many reviews showing 5x of dose ng/dl levels, or slightly less.

This is going to vary person to person, but a result of 2300 ng/dl on 500mg of testosterone is not bad or underdosed. I see this to be accurately dosed for the most part. UGLs I wouldn't be surprised if they overdose their gear by 50mg to assure the results are good.

Stuff like tren coming from UGLs though has a higher chance of being extremely underdosed because most UGLs do not test their raws. Tren is more likely to be bunk than testosterone from a raw source.

I agree with the tren part, however I don't think od test can be generalized to all ugls. we've def seen low tt in bloodwork more so than extremely high tt levels.
But hey getting 6x could be from od gear, the only people who really knows are the brewers.
 
I know for a fact that 300mg day of A-bombs is a common dose for a professional bodybuilder. And guys were spending more $$$ on gear throughout the year than the prize money offered, and this has been a common thing since over 15 yrs ago. I believe it
 
I think before venturing or looking into to the "dark side" of drug dosages and bodybuilding people really underestimate how much not just bodybuilders, but gym rats in general take. You can even see it here online. This forums pretty conservative with dosages but cross over into other ones like getbig or gh15 and you won't believe how those motherfuckers are still alive. It's really like a pothead stumbling into an alleyway filled with heroin addicts; There's a line that a lot of people crossed a long time ago and many just don't come off. The smart ones get blood tests and the smarter ones have doctor supervison but many don't. xanax and blues to sleep on grams of tren, then modafanil to stay awake on heavy orals and high doses of gh, lisinopril for blood pressure, pain killers to deal with pip from multiple daily injections and massive amounts of oil/synthol, ect.
 
2g are baby doses. you guys doing under that are overly cautious. which is fine, but you can not spout it is bad for your health, cause no one is dieing or getting any other health issue. that they wouldn't of gotten being a mere mortal. stop worrying about someone else lives and worry about your own.
 
I remember reading on another forum how Kai cruises on 1-2g test a week....can't imagine his blast. And plus, the shit the pro's get is most likely accurately dosed.
 
As I said aside from the utmost top guys such as Kai ramy wolf etc if you CANT grow on 2 grams of gear and get up to 250 or so with say 12-14% bf you need to eat more and bust your ass on squats dL and bench more.

1500 test and 500 tren with 400/500 grams of protein a day IS A hefty dose and will pack on serious muscle .......
 
As I said aside from the utmost top guys such as Kai ramy wolf etc if you CANT grow on 2 grams of gear and get up to 250 or so with say 12-14% bf you need to eat more and bust your ass on squats dL and bench more.

1500 test and 500 tren with 400/500 grams of protein a day IS A hefty dose and will pack on serious muscle .......

I definitely agree I think guys if serious enough about their goal can achieve that on less. But keep in mind we are talking about someone nearly 100lbs heavier than what you stated at a much lower bf. This guy came from nothing, is fully financially sponsored by the owner of oxygen gyms and does this for a living. For gods sake just look at him ...
 
Anyone who doesn't get regular bloodwork done on anything over 1 gram per week of gear is playing Russian roulette. They may not be playing it the first 10 years, but as they get older they most certainly are. It's all fun until you have a massive heart attack. There is no fucking way your body can carry around that sort of unnatural size and pump blood everywhere without taxing your heart. You may not hear about guys dropping like flies, but you also don't hear about kidney transplants, meds to keep them alive when careers are over, or issues like constant gout or congestive heart failure. Some professional bodybuilders nowadays are carrying around almost 100 lbs more mass than they were 30 years ago.

Agree that's a huge amount of muscle to carry , 13-15 grams as stated? Idk.. Of course its gonna take a ton to get to his level if even the genes allow you, just as far as gym rats needing 2 or 3 or 4 grams and aren't even big they don't need that much imo.. They need to learn to eat and train hard and heavy for years
 
Do you cruise at 1g because of all your years of running cycles or because you feel you need 1g to replace your natural t ?



that is just the best feeling for me, should be on the plus side of 1g, if you add Deca and what not. you can keep more muscle by doing less in that range IMHO.
 
on a side note. none of the pros are going to be honest. if they are doing 10g they'll say they are only doing 1g, just to throw the others off. even the retired fucks have not said doses. they just said they didn't do that much. well what the fuck is not that much? lol
