Alright,lets settle a drunken dispute I had with a friend about Miranda Rights.
My friend and I are just common folks,and we understand all the friendly warnings to us about saying anything if confronted by the POPO and miranda for us.
BUT!!!! What about if you and you are,if you were one of the following?
A judge,popo,prosecutor,or a attorney.
Do peeps who have gone through a police academy or law school get their miranda rights read to them?
my bud believes that the police has to read miranda to everyone.But that doesn't make sense to me. If you've been through law school or a popo academy
you'd already know your rights, uh right? anyway that's my argument.
all this shit started over a few beers when my bud said,hey do you think the police reads miranda to themselves when they arrest each other,or lawyers or judges? And it went into debate from there.
