I'm pretty sure the only reason this one went anywhere was due to it was unusually late in occurrence, perhaps happening as late the early 2000's. Not sure on that. But I think the reason everything was overturned my have been statute of limitations arguments. I could be wrong on that but you know I love talking out my ass..
