Bio screen results

i recently had a bioscreen at work and was hoping they would find an issue as funny as that seems. I have a few post going but figured id post here as well.
Basically in the last two years or so ive been feeling like shit. No drive, no stamina, no libido. I have to run less than 1k cal to lose weight when im dieting and of course feel like shit on no calories. No matter how hard i work it seems like i cant gain any stamina, i play hockey 3 nights a week or so and train jiu jitsu 3 nights as well....but i have to make myself go, even though i want to go if that makes sense. Somethings off and i cant pin it down so it looks like im headed to the doctor for some blood work to find out whats going on.
I do have a 4 year stretch of uneducated AAS use when i was in the marines, along with plenty of opoid use on top of that...who doesnt like to party, i know i did, lol.
Just figured id post this here to see if theres something im missing in front of my own eyes. I realize theres no test or E numbers on these results.

Not sure what else besides a male horomone panel to ask for to add to what i already have. Any input is appreciated.

I'd say go with a hormone panel and see what your t levels are at.

Edit** also do you see the va on a regular basis and they have you on meds?

No i bailed on the VA several years ago. I dont take any meds.
Okay man just wanted to ask because they've had me on meds that had me feeling the same way. They put me on Zoloft and I slept all the time when I wasn't working or at the gym. I've had to have them change them several times and finally said fuck it I don't want to take them anymore.

I got fed up with the VAs bullshit about 5-6 years ago. Id rather pay for insurance, and i do. Buncha pill pushing hacks.
I agree that's all it boils down to. They changed my shit several times and I just do my best on my own now. I'd really like to see them start using medicinal marijuana.

I would too. Living here in colorado has been a real eye opener as to how much of a positive effect legal cannabis enterprises can have on an area. Its almost all positive with very minimal down side. After the new wore off of them a few weeks in, its like theyre not even there....except for the massive amounts of tax theyre pouring into the state. Its funny the cities that oppose leagal mj seem to have a liquor store on every corner. Ive never seen so many liquor stores in such a small distance until i came to colorado. Literally one on every corner. Sometimes two on the same block. Crazy.

I bet you need to eat more. The amount of calories you're taking in your body probably thinks it's starving and holding fat not knowing when the next meal is going to come. Seriously a lot of people have fucked up metabolisms because they don't eat enough.

I know people think they're retarded but get yourself a fitbit it will track your calories burned. I've noticed it's pretty accurate. I was eating 2400 cals for a while trying to lose bf% and seemed to be in a long plateau. For Christmas I got a fitbit and it says I'm burning on average 4400 cals a day. I started eating 4000 cals a day and I'm losing weight still, fuckin crazy! I'm not on aas at the moment either and im not getting fat like I thought I would... Those calorie estimates you get online are bogus, they're way to vague. They don't take into account a ton of variables.

Im only on super low cals when im trying to drop weight. If i eat normally i gain gain gain til im out of control and have to crash again to remain in any kind of shape other than round. This has just started in the last 2 years. If i eat 2800 or so cals a day i will gain 30# over the course of several weeks. Then i really really have to cardio up and eat air to lose it. It sucks.

Maybe thats a route i could take, but im really really actice. Id be willing to bet the hockey alone is more cardio than most do in a week, then i train jiu jitsu on top of that. Anyone thats ever wrestled knows what kind of smoke show that is.

I'm telling you, it just isn't possible to eat less cals than you burn and gain weight. You need to find out what you actually burn and adjust. if you don't eat enough your metabolism is fucked!

Ever burning myself up 5-6 days a week, i cant seem to get ahead cardio/stamina wise either. Every day is like my first day in three weeks. Its never been like that until recently....i used to burn up 25 miles a week on the treadmill with ease on top of going to the gym. Somethings changed in the last year to two in particular

I understand, in out and if its a defecit you lose no questions. But im finding it harder and harder to push to burn those calories.
Usually after 2 weeks or so of solid cardio the shit starts getting easier and start seeing progress stamina wise. Im going on months now and im getting nowhere.

Not trying to argue if its coming off like that. What your saying is how its always worked for me my entire life. But whatever is going on with me, i cant make any progress no matter how hard i push myself. Hell ive pushed to the point of vomiting, or tasting blood from lung burn then sounding like i smoked a carton of cigarettes all night. Im pushing hard like that with no results over a span of months.

Because your body needs more fuel!

Make sure you're eating enough protein like actually count your proteins. At the least 1g per pound of body weight. Most people do good losing weight on a high protein, high-med fat and low carb diet because there is more protein eating fats than eating carbs.

I agree, it makes me feel like shit and im a real asshole to be around. But to see myself in such horrible shape makes me feel even worse so i nut up and crash.
Im ready to go get these bloods done and find something out one way or another. If my T and E are fine then great, if my T is shit then hey, no money to be spent on pct, lol.
