It really does matter what kind of food you intake. High glycemic carbs will turn to fat easier in high amounts than low glycemic carbs.

I agree, it makes me feel like shit and im a real asshole to be around. But to see myself in such horrible shape makes me feel even worse so i nut up and crash.
Im ready to go get these bloods done and find something out one way or another. If my T and E are fine then great, if my T is shit then hey, no money to be spent on pct, lol.
Could be part of your problem but I'm assuming not all! Having normal test levels if you are low t will definitely help!

I very well could be fucking myself like what your saying. As i think back timeline wise, symptoms mildly started and have gotten progressivly worse following a big 55# crash over the course of 14 weeks some 4 years ago. Then ive been up and down ever since. Could it be possible that i demoed my metabolism and it never recovered?

Definitely is possible. Get the bloods done to either tell you you're low t or not. I would eat more to get feeling at least semi normal in the mean time.

Thanks bud, sometimes it just takes another pair of eyes to help you look at a situation from a different angle. At least its a different route i can look into instead of spinning my tires. Im making an appointment for monday if its available.

If you are in the U.S. you can go to privatemdlabs.com and order the test for cheap and find a lab close to you to draw the blood. There is 15% off coupon codes on their facebook page to make it even cheaper like 60 bucks.

The hormone panel for females is cheaper. It doesn't matter that you're not female. only difference is it does not show you test levels over 1500, which should not be a problem since you arent using aas.

i recently had a bioscreen at work and was hoping they would find an issue as funny as that seems. I have a few post going but figured id post here as well.
Basically in the last two years or so ive been feeling like shit. No drive, no stamina, no libido. I have to run less than 1k cal to lose weight when im dieting and of course feel like shit on no calories. No matter how hard i work it seems like i cant gain any stamina, i play hockey 3 nights a week or so and train jiu jitsu 3 nights as well....but i have to make myself go, even though i want to go if that makes sense. Somethings off and i cant pin it down so it looks like im headed to the doctor for some blood work to find out whats going on.
I do have a 4 year stretch of uneducated AAS use when i was in the marines, along with plenty of opoid use on top of that...who doesnt like to party, i know i did, lol.
Just figured id post this here to see if theres something im missing in front of my own eyes. I realize theres no test or E numbers on these results.

Not sure what else besides a male horomone panel to ask for to add to what i already have. Any input is appreciated.
Bro your playing hockey and rolling on the mat practicing ju jitsu. You work and apparently your pretty active. Don't be so hard on yourself. How old are you again? Sound pretty darn healthy to me. I'd still go with a hormone panel. Can't hurt nothing...

Ill be 36 in march. Fuk, i wonder if it could be the altitude change. I would hope after 4 years id have a handle on it. Ill know that soon enough as well. I accepted a position back in texas yesterday.

Whats the usual turn around on the female panel? Says as long as seven business days but could be as short as 24 hrs. Just seeing what everyone elses experience is.

i've only had two test first test capped @ 1500 took one day other test uncapped took three days
