Hi folks.
New to steroids.
I started with TRT at 42.
I was a US army infantry guy (joined 2000) and more of a cardio and fighting guy (boxing, bjj, MMA, kickboxing).
For a living I am a chemist. I specialize in organic and inorganic synthesis.

My body is all sorts of messed up.
Testosterone and tirzepatide changed everything for me.
Im now on test, NPP, mast P, and HGH.
Im also on reta, SS31, MOTS-C, GHK-Cu, NAD+. Im off KLOW for now.

I do very low doses. Im currently 177 lb, 5'10" 10.9%bf. I want to get down to 8% bf and gain 10 lb of muscle.

I am not into taking bodybuilder doses. Im too old for that. Besides, the baby doses I take work for me. I watch my blood markers every 5 weeks. As long as Im good, I increase my doses very conservatively, while looking for max effect. Then i just cruise at those doses. I retest in 5 weeks. If my markers are good, my blood pressure is good, I sleep well, my mood is good, dont grow boobs, and dont lose (more) hair, I will increase doses.
So far this is working for me.

How do you deal with the pumps during endurance sports?

I do some gymnastics style training, and on just 15mg test and 3iu gh every day the pumps are disabling.

It's fckn great in the gym for 30 seconds at a time. But not so much for non-stop action
I get those pumps during hypertrophy resistance days. But during rolls or sparring I dont get pumps. Perhaps because I sweat buckets. The debilitating things I get are cramps. Like nasty stabbing cramps when I sit still in my car on the freeway. I take a shit ton of electrolytes. Potassium chloride (you have to be careful with K on ARBs though), zinc carnosinate, magnesium complex, calcium lactate, sodium iodide. Lots of glucose.

You get the pumps on masteron too?
