I was looking for a premade spreadsheet to start keeping better track of my labs, and found this one. Figured I'd share here:

Every lab has different reference ranges depending on the machines they use and how they are calibrated etc,. I would not rely on what was on the sheet. As you would be setting yourself up for errors.

My wife is a nurse she keeps track of all my bloods, won’t let me play without doing it. I’m sure google knows or remembers more ranges than she does. anyone can easily google the main reference ranges and make their own spread sheet.
