Why do you have to say that the review you post will be honest? Have you been known to post less than in the past? Are you affiliated in anyway, or have you been to labs you've critiqued?

Biopharma is good to go. I tested it...
You had a lab "test" the tabs and they contained oxandrolone? You ingested and then had your urine or blood tested and the gas spec test concluded that var was indeed present? Or, did you eat the tabs and it's your opinion you were experiencing the tell tale signs that var has given you in the past?
Of course the last scenario I posed isn't a "test" at all and although the tabs may contain an active ingredient(and maybe even an androgen!!) whether or not it's the relatively expensive oxandrolone is another story altogether.
Which "test" did you do?
