Birthday/Summer Shred Time by BEANZ!

Alrighty, Here it goes:

So I finished my cycle. as far as of how I did, I think it wasn't a huge waste by any means. I did get sqrewed the first 3 weeks because of some lame tren that I was informed about so I had to go another route. During the last few weeks my wife and I opened up another business so I was working WEEKS straight with about 12-16 hour days just to get it going for grand opening. and in that time I couldn't work out or eat so I lost a damn whopping 15 pounds! Talk about kick in the dick. however, after we opened I got back into the swing of things and I now am back to 180 and still strong in the gym also killing PRs like crazy.

This was my first "legit" bulk and it was challenging. I'd love to get bigger or even 185 and shredded but haven't researched enough to figure out how to do that. Doing ALL OF THIS and being a husband and father and business owner makes shit tough to do consistently. But my friends and random people always be like "damn, you got big" haha, i'll take it.

Started at 168. Walking daily at 180. Strength is great, just wish I "looked" little more shredded. It's been fun. so I'll leave it here with a pic of me hitting 405 on deads =:D:D
(315) was the highest I ever got. BOOM
