i wouldn't do that. and i don't think too many would recommonend it either.

everyone will tell you different things. i don't work my bi's and back together. i will work my arms one day. 1 day off. back and shoulders one day then the next day legs the next day chest. day off and repeat.

I don't think he's asking about working them on the same day. I think that's what you guys thought judging by your replies.

Don't work your bi's before your back day or your back before your bi day.

On both days, you're putting quite a bit of strain on your biceps which are relatively a small muscle which can be over trained quite easily.

If you work your bis on tuesday and your back on wednesday, then your bis are still in a recovery process as you're putting further strain on them when working your back (deadlifts, rows etc etc).

I still think to this day that the best method is bis and back on the same day. Working the larger muscle first.

Just my 2cents.

P.S Kenneth, Not trying to flame you bro, but i've been reading many of your posts lately and they've been garbage just like the one above.

If you don't have any help to give to the thread starter, just leave the thread alone and wait for others to answer it.

"i wouldn't do that. and i don't think too many would recommonend it either."

Sorry, but that's not the best piece of advice.

Not saying that the above is either, but that's what I have noticed which works best for ME.

the way I see it, it's more advice than he had before i posted it, and if i don't know what i'm saying, i don't say it. which is why it was so brief.. i don't find your comments necessary at all, i haven't even said much in any most other than questions of my own, so i don't even know what you would be referring to.

"you probably wouldn't have to squat to your full potential both days.. especially if you're having this problem."

I looked back on my posts and this is the only other one that would make sense that you'd be referring to. again, it was more than anyone else was saying to the person, if you notice my one sentence answers are usually a first response to a thread of someone's, and this is because I figure they'd rather hear that than nothing at all. the guy's question in this thread was "what do we think".. so i answered what i thought, is that okay with you? the only other possibility that might have urked you is the one i posted in the anabolic forum, which was nothing other than accurate. maybe i made u mad with it, but it's true. the sad truth is that everyone turns to juice because they DONT know how to train. there's no other reason why there'd be approx. 70,000 threads in the anabolic forum and only like 7000 or whatever in the training forum. Now, I know this is a sad fact that will NEVER change, but it doesn't change the truth of it. Again, I find your comments unnecessary.

guys guys relax, i didnt know giving me advice meant so much to you guys lol well thanx for the info fellas, my trainin is actually tues-back wed-bis i guess ill finish off this week and change my trainin schedule a lil bit...thanx

trust me bro, do back first, ur biceps are gonna be fatigued so when u do back ur not gonna be able to lift as much, although because doesnt use much biceps when u biceps are tired it makes a real noticeable difference.. its kinda like doing triz before chest u dont wannah do that either.
