Bitcoin problems with NapsGear

Anyone else have any problems with bitcoin and naps lately? My first order with them was Western Union and it took about a week for them to pickup the money order. My second order - I decided to do bitcoin for the 20% discount and instant electronic payment. I can CLEARLY see from my mobile application that the payment was successfully received with multiple "confirmations". Yet, naps is saying my bitcoin payment hasn't been processed yet and it could take up to 10 days. This makes ZERO sense. I can see the transaction went through. They are claiming they haven't received it yet, but it's just not true. I submitted multiple tickets to get this resolved and they never provided me any explanation. They keep saying "bitcoin is slow, please keep waiting". - You guys! Bitcoin payments are instant! It's not supposed to take 10 days. What's going on?? Anyone else know how to deal with them on this issue, because they aren't listening to me. Anyone else had a similar problem

Exact same issue, was explained that there was "big traffic" on BC coin transactions. Have patience, it'll clear and ship. That's the one issue sometimes gotta plan your order far enough in advance that your not waiting on it to start your cycle

Thanks Cash. How long did it take yours to clear? It's absolutely ridiculous. They are blatantly lying to people. There is no "bitcoin traffic". Doesn't make sense for them to make it up either, because you think they would want to collect the money right away. It's a bit of a mystery. But they need to stop insulting people's intelligence. Something else must be going on. They receive my bit coin payment five minutes after I sent it. Bingo bango. That should have been all there was too it.

Multiple confirmations? I've had some transaction take 35 confirmations. Like said above BC traffic is insane right now due to BC current valuation.

They probably got hacked again and had your bitcoin stolen from them. Also your name, address and transaction tied to a steroid purchase will be posted publicly on the internet for all to see the rest of your life. Don't bother complaining about it to them because they will just tell you to; "Get over it".

You'd have to be crazy to order from Napsgear after their information hack and subsequent response. Any organization who responds with "get over it" after peoples' personal information is leaked online because of them is sketchy as hell.

Order domestically. It's safer.

Fuck Naps...they got hacked and they may get hacked again. Would not trust them with one plugged nickel so beware!

Ophydian - please clarify what you are talking about. The transaction on my end shows 885 confirmations! The number of confirmations on naps account page shows "0 confirmations". Please explain how this would be possible! Another member above said they ran into the same problem. Is it possible the sender could have 885 confirmations and the receiver have 0 confirmations after it has been a week?? Shouldn't those numbers be the same?

I've never heard of a sender/receiver separate confirmation only a transaction confirmation. Something doesn't smell right.

No can do my man. Private messaging about sources is extremely frowned upon, here.

Head to the steroid underground forum and try to find a source. Just read the threads and try to find one that looks credible.
