Because he's going to post the tests that make it look like all the junk gear he resells is legit.
Meanwhile someone that doesn't know any better will see them, assume everything is g2g, order the junk gear that he hid the testing results on and get screwed.
Transparency is the name of the game. Give us a number. Post all the results and figure out a solution for the gear that came back unfavorable.
It's not particularly difficult, but if he wants to be a filthy, stereotypical Chinese internet drug drealer, he's in the wrong place for that shit.
So to answer your question: Not giving a damn is like knowing we have a scammer here and just shrugging our shoulders. That's not how i work.
Remember Blackroids is a reseller not lab that brews its own gear, thus having no control over the quality of products. So keep that in mind.
