If your SHBG was relatively low it might’ve contributed to slightly lower levels due to faster metabolism I would imagine. But overall, the number is not bad. You said 600mg 3 days prior to when the blood test was performed. (Blood levels will peak the very next day after your injection above what you see on that paper).

Those numbers are low? I've seen worse on this site with pharmacom t300, score was like 2100, 2 cc a week..

I guess it depends on the person but for myself on 500mg I get 3k+. Thanks for getting the bloodwork brotha.

So how long after your shot did you get your blood drawn? My endo doc told me that is why you see such a dose variance in trt because one person might achieve higher serum levels than someone else on the same dose

As I said... it is simply on the lower end... 4x doesn't get the "bunk gear!" tag but it generally isn't indicative of great test if consistent across more than a single data point.

Those numbers are high right? I'm just trying to figure out if I need to reduce the mg

600 mg per week puts me at 4500++ ng/dl ..again there is a lot of factors that affects the numbers.

do you only pin once a week? Seems normal 3+ days after pinning, going to get some fluctuation if its only once a week

If this was his first pin of testosterone in a while and he drew blood for a lab test after his first weekly injection, those values are fine. If he draws blood for another lab test past the first week of injection, those values will be even higher.
