First your stock was “stuck in customs,” which is why orders weren’t shipped. Then suddenly everything had arrived and pending orders would go out. After that, you claimed new orders ship within 24 hours. Meanwhile, people are still reporting that month-old orders haven’t been sent.
At this point it doesn’t look like unfortunate events. It looks like damage control and keeping customers on the hook with whatever explanation fits the moment.
was actually considering placing an order myself, but with this level of inconsistency I’m going to skip for now. I’ll wait until everything is clear, stable, and consistent.
