So this may be a dumb question but I have read a ton of different things online so I have to get clarification.

Purchased 6- 10mg/vial of tirzepatide trying to skip the 2.5 dose and jump to 5 on dosage but how much bac water am I supposed to mix with powder ?

Why skip to that dose? If it's your first run you'd get more bang for your buck following the dosing schedule. You could dose 2.5mg & if effects are not where you want them after 3 or 4 days, dose another 2.5mg...? Idk... Anyway:
1mg h20 to 1 vial 10mg Tirz gives 5mg per 1/2 mL (0.5mL aka 0.5cc & 50 iu on an insulin pin.
