Ok guys I atried to inject 3 dif times and each time i aspirated i had a little blood ball come into my syringes. u used 3 dif syringes for this one injections. the needle was 1 1/2 inches 23 gauge. do u think its just a blood cell?? because i pulled back pretty hard on the syringe and i know that i was in muscle when these problems occured. Thanks guys

A blood cell is too small to see. You got blood. Other guys will ask you where you were injecting, did you try 3x in the same area? Different places?

Try a dif needle? I use a #25 5/8 needle and have never drawn blood. 5/8 is a great depth. Too deep for veins, nowhere near deep enough for arteries (so says my wife {nurse}).

good luck man

When i injected i did twice in my left delt and once in my right delt then again in my right delt and i injected. When i injected i was pissed and i kne wi was in the muscle so injected anyway without aspirating. i know thats dumb but i know that iw as never in a vein them 3 times and i liekto know why i drew blood. Thanks

you didnt have to switch syringes just b/c you got blood in there, just switch needles. It is your own blood and it is sterile b/c it came directly out of your body into a steril syringe, just switch needles and you'll be fine

No matter where you inject, ALWAYS AND I MEANS ALWAYS ASPIRATE and if you get blood just re-insert the needle in another place and aspirate again and if you see air bubbles then you know you in the muscle tissue then inject.

glutes are the worst place for me, i get blood half the time. try your quad, bi's, or tris. i never have problems there.

Dang, the way you keep jabbin' yourself just to look at your own blood, you'll be looking like a pin cushion in no time. OUCH!

Thanks guys

Thanks guys for the help, but im gonna throw the syringes with the blood in them away because its been a day now and just to be safe iw otnuse them this time. if it happens again ill change the needles and use it. Thanks
