This is 3 weeks into 500mg test-E/week blast from Sasquatch labs. Can't complain. I also cruised using his gear and the one time I got bloodwork done during cruise, it had my levels slightly out of upper end of normal.

Please tell me you weren't fasted for this....

You're pre diabetic if you were fasted

Hahah. I had literally eaten 15-20 minutes beforehand.

And yea I noticed that. I've added in both kidney/liver supps and upped my water intake. It was likely my water intake. I had decreased my water intake drastically to make weight for a comp.

So, BUN and Creatinine are kidney markers?

i know ALT and AST are liver markers.

What about RDW?

From what I've researched, my ALT/AST are expected for someone who lifts hard and often. Low water intake may also contribute. They become worrisome when they start surpassing 2x the upper end of normal.

I do not know about rdw but BUN and Creatinine are kidney markers

Thank God lol.

Sounds like your issues are all water related. So easy fix!

For posterity, Google told me this about RDW.

Red cell distribution width (RDW) laboratory test is a part of a standard complete blood count (CBC), and it is used along with other RBC indices, especially mean corpuscular volume (MCV) to help determine the causes of anemia.

Really not impressive. You should be closer to 5000 test. No free test ? Do u take so?

Get the fuck outta here with that antiquated 10x bullshit.

It's been proven time and again that the 10x rule isn't a viable indicator for juding dosage accuracy.

If we all had the same physiology then something like that might work, but we don't, so it doesn't.

5000 ng on a 500 test-E dose? Lol your gear would need to be overdosed a good amount to achieve that.
Also, these bloods were drawn 72 hours post injection which is my fault, I should have gotten drawn 48 hours post injection to get a better reading. They'd be even higher if I had done that.

Bun is always going to be high if you bodybuild, creatinine isn't an accurate marker in itself for signs of kidney damage with people carrying large amounts of muscle mass. A 24 creatinine clearance test is needed to help detect an accurate marker of kidney damage with most bodybuilders

AST & ALT are commonly known as “liver function” markers

But can mean sooooo much more and are only markers:)

With slightly elevated ast & alt & high bun & creatinine levels

One would start to assume your dehydrated and kidneys are struggling....

So much your body is struggling to move oxygen to and from your heart and lungs ... raising your hemoglobin and your body is trying to compensate by raising your RDW.

Kidneys are also struggling with removing the salt from your body and your sodium levels are rising.

Drink some water as previously mentioned bro:)
