Hi,
I received my lab results today and would appreciate your feedback and suggestions on how you would improve certain parameters.
I'm currently in my off-season. My current height is 187cm, weight is 100kg, and my body fat percentage is around 12-13%.
Activity:
Cardio: 25 minutes fasted indoor bike
Steps: 10,000
Medications:
250mg Testosterone Enantat EOD
100mg Drostanolone Enantat EOD
100mg NPP EOD
5IU HGH before bed ED
6.25mg Exemestane EOD -> I will increase this to 25mg.
I've had the following health issues so far:
Blood pressure consistently averaging 130-140/70-80
Resting heart rate 75-80
I usually sleep well, but then there are 1-2 weeks where I wake up frequently feeling restless (presumably due to my resting heart rate).
I've been taking 5 IU of HGH before bed for 10 days now -> I've gained 5 kg (before that, my weight was pretty stable). Unfortunately, I don't have an analysis of the HGH.
