When deadlifting I get massvie red rash all down my forearms that stings. The doctor says its burst blood vessles and that i should rest but if i rest every time this happens I will never train. I wonder if any you guys get the same problem if so how to prevent this. There is ni pain and it doesnt affect my deadlift rip but it does sting. It always happens and it covers nearly my full forerms. Do you think an asprin befor traing would help. I am alos slighty worried as I also have inlarged blood vessels near the lungs and worried they may burst. P.S it doesnt matter what weight i use they always burst.
