Blood work 6 week in cycle - High AST and ALT

Hey,

Everyone. I am 6 weeks into my 500 mg test every week cycle, and 0,25 arimidex EOD.
I just got my bloodwork back. My AST was at 80 U/L when the normal range is below 45. My ALT was at 70 when normal is below 70.

Is this normal considering I am on a cycle? My doctor knows very little about steroids and cycling. I am not doing any orals, and I think this seems a little bit over the top considering I am only doing injections.

Appreciate every answer I can get.

I’d keep getting bloodwork post cycle and stay off until your at least close to normal/high. Just my 2 cents.
FYI:

Gluthianone:

Treatment with glutathione significantly improved ALT levels. In addition, CAP values were significantly reduced in ALT responders. Our pilot study suggests that oral administration of glutathione supports hepatic metabolism and improves NAFLD. To elucidate the mechanism behind the beneficial effects of glutathione, further studies that examine the incorporation of orally administrated glutathione into the liver and the effects on the host redox system using stable isotope-labeled glutathione and animal models are required. Large-scale clinical trials are necessary to confirm the therapeutic effects of glutathione.

Tudca study:

Serum ALT, AST and ALP levels in TUDCA(750mg)group and AST levels in UDCA group were significantly reduced as compared with baseline (P<0.05). Levels were lowered significantly in TUDCA.

NAC Study:

N-acetylcysteine can improve liver function in patients with elevated liver enzymes. Better results may be achievable in a longer follow up studies.

Drinking? Baseline values?

How much are you drinking? Tylenol? Test at those moderate levels shouldn't be doing that.

Thanks for quick reply guys.
I have not touched alcohol since I started this cycle, nor have I taken tylenol/paracetamol.

I use 500 mg test/w, 0,5 Arimidex EOD, and 1 mg Finasterid ED.
I eat very protein heavy, and use kreatin supplement.

I did however have to use Azithromycin for five days because i caught chlamydia, I used this from 12. march untill 17.
Could this temper with my ALT & AST when I got the bloodwork done 28. march?

I also did a new blood work 7 march (About 4 weeks in cycle) due to the chalmydia. My AST was 49 and my ALT was 52 which is pretty much in range.

Do you guys recon the antibiotics could have done this?

I definitely don’t know enough to comment intelligently but a quick google says your STD could possibly impact your liver.

Wrap the dick up bruh.

Either way, hop on some TUDCA and/or NAC.

NIH STUDY:
Azithromycin has a long half-life and has been demonstrated to reach high liver concentrations, exceeding the serum levels by 50 folds. This is a temporary increase and should return to normal.

Did you hit the gym hard, MMA or did HIIT training within a few days of your bloodwork? Doing so can raise your liver enzymes but normally only a few pts over the upper end, yours is a bit higher. Glutathione is definitely your livers best friend, unfortunately most supplements from what I've read don't work as they should once consumed. Do a search on coffee enemas or look on the Gerson webpage, I know it sounds weird but they work. I can run moderate doses of orals (Winny or Anavar) and lightly booze daily and my liver enzymes come in at the low end, 10-20's, AST/ALT. Used to do them weekly now monthly but I swear by them and other meatheads that I've introduced it to attest as well...

Im sure you worked out the day before you got blood work. Youre supposed to actually take a day off the day before you get bloods...
