Hello,
I would like to get your opinion regarding the attached blood test results.
For context:
31 years old
173 cm / 75 kg
Estimated body fat ~15%
4 weight training sessions per week, including 1 cardio session
Training consistently since the age of 18
On the advice of a friend, I started testosterone cypionate (Test C) 6 weeks ago at a dose of 250 mg per week, administered as one injection per week.
So far, I haven’t noticed any particular effects, either positive or negative.
I had two blood tests done (unfortunately without any pre-TRT baseline bloodwork, which I acknowledge was a mistake).
To my surprise, the results show average to relatively low testosterone levels, considering the dosage used. I am aware this is still early, and I plan to optimize things progressively over time.
At first, I thought I might be converting a significant amount of testosterone into estradiol, but this does not seem to be the case.
Additionally, my LH remains within a mid-range physiological level, suggesting that my HPTA may still be partially active.
As for hematocrit, it is elevated, but it was already at a similar level in a blood test from February 2024.
I am currently using D.N. Pharma testosterone.
Does anyone have experience with this brand?
Do you think it is possible that the product could be underdosed?
As a precaution, I have ordered Test C from Driada in order to try a different source and compare.
Thank you in advance for your feedback and insights.

When was this test done in comparison to your dosing?

I would also expect your testosterone to be higher. At least your E2 is consistent with your testosterone, more or less.

Now, I don't have any experience with your brand of testosterone, but I can definitely say that it's possible that you got an underdosed product. Try switching to a different brand, as you mentioned. Also, consider sending a sample of your current brand to Janoshik for analytical confirmation. You can reach out to your vendor to see if they reimburse for testing also.
