That’s it? GH? If you are not taking any gear or test, and you stay at 2iu a day you could get away with the usual 2 times a year blood draw.

Yea I will up the dose every few months if I can handle and I wanna start test e 250-500mg and aremidex

more blood testing is generally a good habit to get into

Once you go beyond 4iu or add test then I would start getting labs every 6-8 weeks. I’m curious why you already have plans to add Adex? Have you ran high test before and know you will have E2 issues? I would not take an AI until your labs indicate you need an AI.

No but it’s genetic for me I ran my blood back a while ago and had high estrogen now I am doing natural ways of lowering it until I get on aremedix
